Over Edushift

Onderwijsbureau Edushift is in 2009 in de dagelijkse onderwijspraktijk ontstaan als laagdrempelig initiatief om antwoorden te geven op vragen vanuit het veld naar ervaringen en succesvolle praktijken op gebied van innovatieve onderwijsontwikkeling en het leidinggeven aan dit proces.

In de loop der jaren is Edushift uitgegroeid tot een onderwijsbureau dat vanuit eigen beheer en in opdracht scholings- en trainingsprogramma’s ontwikkelt voor het primair onderwijs. De uitvoering wordt door Edushift of een derde partij uitgevoerd. Daarnaast voert Edushift ook scholingen en trainingen uit voor andere onderwijsbureaus. Edushift heeft een uitgebreid netwerk zelfstandigen waarmee wij samenwerken. Elk met zijn/haar eigen expertise. Samen zorgen wij voor een sterk aanbod voor uw school/scholen.

Sinds 2015 legt Edushift zich ook toe op interim-management in het primair onderwijs. Vanuit dezelfde kernwaarden verzorgt Edushift gedurende een afgebakende periode het leiderschap en management. Duidelijk afgestemd met het schoolbestuur vanuit een heldere opdracht. Edushift heeft ervaring met crisismanagement, verbeter-/verandermanagement, overbruggingsmanagement en fusiemanagement.

Alex van Dal is het gezicht van Edushift. Hij heeft meer dan 20 jaren ervaring als leerkracht, onderwijsadviseur, trainer en (interim-)schoolleider.
